I'm trying to do a collage one just now but not happy with the blossom & think I might have to resort to acrylic for that.

I'm maybe going to do a collage of the same image next - hunting good colour material scraps now..
Both images feel quite different. I like the way you have used warmer colours against the snow in the first picture and colder blue in the second. Nicely done.
Very atmospheric,I often scrub my pictures under the tap to improve them!

Thanks Tricia, tried a similar one in watercolour & pastel today but didn't go well so I scrubbed at it under the tap & it's looking a lot better!
Very nice. Good job keeping the edges of the black crisp against all those light colours!
